Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner throughout the evening shift.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with patience and problem-solving skills.
- Monitor store inventory levels and assist with restocking and visual merchandising.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and safe for customers and staff.
- Collaborate with the morning and day shift teams to ensure a seamless transition of operations.
- Assist in training new hires on company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Must be available to work evenings, specifically between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation is required.
