Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a positive and professional demeanor.
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product information.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions with accountability.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Perform end-of-shift closing duties, including inventory counts and store resets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work evenings, specifically between 4:00 PM and 12:00 AM.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift light to moderate weights (up to 25 lbs) for extended periods.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
