Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Manage scheduling and enrollment for childcare programs
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with team members to resolve client issues efficiently
- Support facility operations during evening hours including light cleaning and organization
- Assist with onboarding new families and program orientation
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
