Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Manage member registrations, inquiries, and facility reservations
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Assist with event setup and evening program coordination
- Collaborate with team to ensure facility cleanliness and safety
- Support inventory management and supply restocking
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive community atmosphere
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Availability for 3-5 evenings per week (4-8 hour shifts)

- Reliable transportation to downtown KC location
