Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat during evening hours.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and inventory management.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
