Responsibilities
- Manage Inbound Inquiries: Handle a high volume of customer calls, emails, and live chat requests regarding technical products and services.
- Resolve Issues: Diagnose customer problems and provide accurate, timely solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT).
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Feedback Loop: Communicate common customer issues and feature requests to the product team to help drive improvements.
- Technical Support: Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and navigating our software platforms.
- Shift Handover: Conduct thorough end-of-shift reporting to ensure continuity for the incoming team.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings, including weekends, as required by business needs.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy and clarity.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computers, navigating web-based software, and learning new systems quickly.
