Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium espresso drinks, cold brews, and specialty beverages
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness of coffee station and customer areas
- Engage customers with warm, knowledgeable service about our coffee origins
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Collaborate with team members during high-volume evening rushes
- Adhere to all food safety and health code regulations
Qualifications
- Must be available evenings (minimum 3 shifts weekly, including weekends)
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods and multitask efficiently
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
- Reliable transportation to/from Tremont Street location
- Must be 18+ years old
- Previous food service experience preferred but not required
- Quick learner with attention to detail
