Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks with precision and creativity
- Engage warmly with customers during peak evening hours (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of workstations and equipment
- Process cash/credit transactions accurately using POS systems
- Support inventory management and stocking of fresh ingredients
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service flow
Qualifications
- Must be available evenings (minimum 20 hours/week)
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle fast-paced environments
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Food safety awareness and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to downtown Nashville location
