Responsibilities
- Handle Customer Inquiries: Professionally manage a high volume of inbound calls and emails during evening and night shifts.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot customer problems and provide accurate, timely solutions to ensure retention.
- Data Entry: Maintain precise records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Adherence to Shifts: Strictly adhere to scheduled evening and night shift hours (e.g., 18:00 - 02:00).
- Quality Assurance: Consistently meet and exceed performance metrics and quality standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with morning shift teams to ensure seamless handovers.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible evening and night shift schedules, including weekends.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a neutral British accent preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or technical support is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Focus: Ability to work independently with high attention to detail in a quiet environment.
