Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out services during evening hours
- Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Ensure lobby areas are immaculate and welcoming
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and effectively
- Operate reservation software and point-of-sale systems
Qualifications
