Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during evening operations (5 PM - 1 AM)
- Process payments and manage POS systems with accuracy
- Prepare and serve premium beverages and light food offerings
- Monitor venue cleanliness and safety standards
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly
- Collaborate with team members during high-volume periods
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Ability to work flexible evening/weekend schedule
- TAMPC/food handler certification preferred
- Proficient with POS systems and basic tech tools
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
