Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare specialty coffee drinks following precise recipes and quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Operate POS systems efficiently while maintaining cash handling accuracy
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of all equipment, stations, and customer areas
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience strongly preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and genuine customer enthusiasm
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tracking
