Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience required
- Extensive knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and customer-first mindset

- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain immediately)
