Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with genuine warmth and professionalism during evening hours
- Process payments efficiently using POS systems while maintaining accurate cash handling
- Prepare and serve premium beverages and light menu items with attention to detail
- Monitor seating arrangements and optimize table turnover during peak evening hours
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and escalate concerns to management as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless evening operations
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and organization of guest areas throughout shift
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and order accuracy
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6 hours)
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
