Responsibilities
- Deliver food orders accurately and promptly to guests with warm service
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen staff for timing and presentation
- Maintain clean, organized dining stations and restock supplies
- Process payments and handle cash transactions securely
- Uphold exceptional cleanliness standards in all service areas
- Support servers during peak rushes with table maintenance
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Previous food service or hospitality experience preferred
- Available 3-5 evenings weekly (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Basic math proficiency for payment handling
- Must be 18+ to handle cash
- Valid CA Food Handler Card (or obtain within 30 days)
