Responsibilities
- Execute guest check-in and registration processes for evening events
- Manage event space setup and breakdown according to venue standards
- Provide exceptional customer service to diverse event attendees
- Coordinate with vendors and internal team for seamless operations
- Handle cash transactions and POS system operations
- Uphold strict safety and sanitation protocols
- Document event activities and inventory requirements
Qualifications
- Must be available 3-4 evenings per week (5:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic POS system knowledge (training provided)
- Valid Louisiana ID and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-energy environments
