Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier customer service via phone, email, and live chat during evening peak hours.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to our software products.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues and provide feedback.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when handling difficult customer situations.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to ensure accurate assistance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous customer support or call center experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts between 4:00 PM and 1:00 AM.
