Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during evening shifts.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Accurately document all interactions and account updates within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and workflow continuity.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to the service team.
- Provide product training and support to new evening staff members.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or technical support roles.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Reliable transportation is essential as shifts may end late in the evening.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively without direct supervision.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus.
