Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone during evening hours.
- Provide accurate product information and technical troubleshooting assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and issue resolutions in our CRM database with precision.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless continuity of support operations.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements to enhance team efficiency.
- Maintain a professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented demeanor under pressure.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection is mandatory for remote roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during evening shifts.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with CRM software.
