Responsibilities
- Manage Inquiries: Assist customers via phone and email regarding products, services, and account inquiries.
- Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot issues efficiently and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Process Adherence: Follow company protocols and guidelines for handling sensitive customer data and tickets.
- Feedback Loop: Communicate common customer issues to the management team to help improve our services.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required for immediate consideration.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM) with some flexibility.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Technical: Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Reliability: Proven history of punctuality and reliability in past employment.
