Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone during evening shifts.
- Resolve complex technical issues and escalate them to senior engineers when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and account history in our CRM system.
- Provide product training and guidance to new and existing customers.
- Collaborate with the morning support team to ensure seamless handovers and issue resolution.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to our products and services.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field (1+ years preferred).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Availability to work 3-4 evening shifts per week (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
