Responsibilities
- Manage Inquiries: Provide exceptional support to customers via phone, email, and live chat during evening shifts.
- Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot customer problems efficiently and offer appropriate solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the morning support team to ensure seamless handovers.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product features and policies to answer questions confidently.
- Feedback Loop: Report common customer issues to management to help improve products and services.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training for the right candidates.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and polite demeanor.
- Reliability: Must be available to work evening shifts and weekends as required.
