Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during evening shifts.
- Resolve complex customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high customer satisfaction score.
- Document all interactions and transactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve technical issues.
- Provide product training and support to new and existing customers.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to our service protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
- Must be available to work evenings, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy and clarity.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
