Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening shifts (4 PM - 12 AM)
- Resolve technical issues and product questions with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions in CRM system while maintaining data accuracy
- Collaborate with day-team to ensure seamless customer experience
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for resolution time and satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing product training and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or support experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced evening environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
