Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Resolve customer complaints and technical issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Process orders, returns, and account updates accurately within the CRM system.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handover of critical account information.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards during evening shifts.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is highly preferred.
