Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Process transactions, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate client records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to customer retention initiatives

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume environments
