Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Process transactions and resolve billing discrepancies using our CRM system
- Document interactions accurately in our database for compliance and reporting
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless service continuity
- Assist with light administrative duties including scheduling and data entry
- Uphold company standards for service excellence and confidentiality
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal/written communication skills and active listening ability
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings (5 PM - 10 PM) and weekends as needed
