Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to venue guests and partners
- Manage reservation systems and coordinate event logistics
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Resolve client inquiries with professionalism and urgency
- Collaborate with security and event teams for seamless operations
- Monitor venue occupancy and enforce capacity protocols
- Assist with setup and breakdown of event spaces
Qualifications
- Must be available evenings (4 PM - 2 AM) weekends required
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Basic POS system knowledge (training provided)
- Valid Texas ID and reliable transportation
- 18+ years old (alcohol service venues)
- Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Must pass background check
