Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee/espresso drinks with precision and artistry
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening/night shifts
- Operate POS systems and process cash/credit transactions
- Maintain clean, organized workspace and equipment
- Assist with inventory management during closing procedures
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth evening operations
- Upsell products and build customer relationships
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months experience in food/beverage service
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques
- Ability to work evenings (3 PM - 11 PM) weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Food Handler/Safe Serve certification preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to cover peak evening rush times
