Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service during evening hours (5 PM - 11 PM)
- Prepare and present food/beverages with attention to detail
- Process payments accurately using POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless service
- Maintain clean dining areas and restock stations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience preferred
- Availability 3-4 evenings per week (weekends required)
- Knowledge of Denver's craft beer scene a plus
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid food handler certification
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Must be 21+ to serve alcohol
- Reliable transportation to downtown location
