Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person during evening hours
- Process reservations, bookings, and payments with precision
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency
- Coordinate with venue staff to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Support event logistics and special request fulfillment
- Train new evening staff members
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Availability to work evenings (6 PM - 2 AM) and weekends
- Proficiency with reservation software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced settings
