Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Resolve customer issues efficiently with empathy and professionalism
- Process orders, returns, and account modifications accurately
- Document all interactions in CRM system with precision
- Collaborate with day team to ensure seamless service continuity
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics (CSAT, resolution rate)
- Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience required
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and computer proficiency
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Availability for evening shifts (including weekends)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus)
