Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening shifts
- Resolve billing issues, service disruptions, and product inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Document all interactions accurately in Salesforce CRM system
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex technical issues
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score through active listening
- Meet/exceed key performance metrics including call handling time and resolution rate
- Participate in weekly team training sessions to enhance service skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 6+ months customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced evening operations
- Strong problem-solving abilities with calm demeanor under pressure
- Flexible availability Monday-Sunday, 4 PM - 12 PM shifts
- Reliable transportation to downtown Atlanta location
