- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during evening hours (4 PM - 12 AM)

- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless service continuity
- Identify upsell opportunities while maintaining customer trust
- Contribute to weekly performance reviews and improvement initiatives
Qualifications
