Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve technical issues and provide product support with empathy and efficiency
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer scenarios
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including resolution rates and satisfaction scores
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
