Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during evening shifts
- Resolve billing, technical, and product issues with first-call resolution focus
- Maintain detailed case documentation in Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with overnight teams for seamless service continuity
- Proactively upsell premium services using consultative approach
- Meet/exceed quality metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT)
- Participate in weekly team improvement workshops
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in UK market
- Exceptional written/spoken English with neutral accent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Zendesk/Salesforce platforms
- Available for 3-4 evening shifts weekly (minimum 20 hours)
- GCSE Maths/English or equivalent qualification
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- UK work authorization required
