- Resolve billing issues, product questions, and technical support requests
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and maintain case logs
- Collaborate with daytime teams to ensure seamless customer handovers
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including response time and satisfaction scores
- Identify upsell opportunities while maintaining service quality standards
- Participate in weekly team training sessions and feedback reviews
Qualifications
