Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person and phone customer service during evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle payment methods securely
- Resolve customer inquiries with patience and professionalism, escalating complex issues when needed
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and maintaining store presentation
- Collaborate with evening staff to ensure seamless store operations and cleanliness
- Participate in end-of-day reconciliation and reporting procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college students strongly encouraged
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills with clear, professional phone etiquette
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments
