Responsibilities
- Provide responsive customer support via phone, email, and in-person during evening hours (3 PM - 11 PM)
- Resolve service inquiries with empathy and efficiency while maintaining service standards
- Process transactions and update client information using our CRM system
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless service continuity
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and client satisfaction enhancements
- Uphold strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive client data
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or related experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
- Ability to work independently during evening shifts
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
