- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening shifts

- Update and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless service continuity
- Identify and escalate trends in customer feedback for process improvement
- Meet/exceed key performance metrics including CSAT and resolution times
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
