- Handle high-volume inbound customer calls and digital communications during evening shifts
- Resolve billing inquiries and technical support issues with empathy and efficiency
- Update CRM systems with accurate customer interaction details
- Collaborate with day team to ensure seamless service continuity
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for call resolution and customer satisfaction
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior specialists
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Proven customer service experience in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset
- Available for minimum 3 evenings per week (Mon-Fri 5pm-10pm)
- Relevant UK work authorization
- Previous evening/shift work preferred
