Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening shifts (5 PM - 10 PM)
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency while maintaining service standards
- Process orders, returns, and transactions accurately using our CRM system
- Collaborate with day-shift team to ensure seamless customer experience handovers
- Document all interactions and maintain detailed case notes in our database
- Identify upsell opportunities and promote relevant products/services
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset
- Flexible availability for evening shifts including weekends
- Basic numeracy and attention to detail
