Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions during evening hours
- Process transactions and resolve inquiries efficiently using our CRM system
- Manage client accounts and update information in real-time
- Collaborate with day team to ensure seamless service continuity
- Assist with inventory management and operational tasks as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
- Participate in weekly team meetings for process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college students encouraged)
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic office software
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work evenings (4 PM - 10 PM) including weekends
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Valid Maryland ID and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
