Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and empathy
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Assist with stock replenishment and store merchandising during quiet periods
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment

Qualifications
