- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening shifts (5 PM - 10 PM)
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues with empathy and efficiency
- Update CRM records and document all interactions accurately
- Collaborate with daytime teams to ensure seamless customer handoffs
- Meet/exceed customer satisfaction metrics and performance targets
- Adhere to compliance protocols and data security standards
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not essential
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Reliable evening availability Monday-Friday
