- Collaborate with daytime teams to ensure seamless service continuity
- Document interactions and maintain detailed case notes for quality assurance
- Identify upsell opportunities and promote relevant products/services
- Adhere to company policies and data security protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not essential

- Availability to work evenings (typically 4 PM - 11 PM, 3-4 days/week)
