Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and digital channels with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues using proprietary systems
- Document all interactions accurately in our CRM database
- Collaborate with overnight teams for seamless service continuity
- Meet performance metrics for resolution time and customer satisfaction
- Adhere strictly to data security protocols during all interactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital environments
- Reliable transportation to our Omaha facility
- Flexibility to work 3-4 evenings weekly (Monday-Friday)
