Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening shifts.
- Resolve technical issues and customer complaints with empathy and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Assist clients with software installations, account troubleshooting, and account inquiries.
- Collaborate with the morning support team to ensure seamless continuity of service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
- Must be available to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer troubleshooting.
