Role Overview:
As an Evening Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients. You will handle inbound inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a premium customer experience during our peak evening hours.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound customer calls and emails with a focus on accuracy and empathy.
- Resolve customer complaints and technical issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction scores.
- Update customer accounts and transaction records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the morning team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Adhere to all company compliance and data protection policies.
- Provide product and service information to customers clearly and concisely.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or retail is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace if working remotely (Hybrid option available).
- Ability to work evening shifts (typically 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM) with excellent attendance.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations gracefully.
