Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person during evening hours.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Process transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
- Enter customer data accurately into the CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and POS systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- A positive attitude and a passion for problem-solving.
